Privacy Policy

Effective: October 20, 2026

This policy explains what Zoho CRM DevTools does and does not do with your data. In short: the editor features run in your browser, and we hold account and billing data only if you create an account.

1 Scope

This policy covers the Zoho CRM DevTools Chrome extension, this website, and the account and billing service behind it, operated by ZSetup.

2 The extension

The extension runs only on Zoho CRM and Zoho Portal pages. It reads and restyles the Deluge editor and the Functions page in your browser. The editor features do not send your Zoho content, function code or settings to us, and the extension includes no analytics.

It asks Chrome for the storage permission to remember your preferences, such as the selected theme and the on and off switch.

Search All Functions reads the functions of your Zoho organization from Zoho, using your signed-in Zoho session, to show results on the page. It does not store function content and does not send it to us.

3 Account data

You do not need an account for the free features. If you create one we process your email address, name, a hashed password, session records, and your plan and trial dates. We use them to sign you in, send account and trial messages, and operate billing. Session cookies are used only to keep you signed in.

4 Billing

Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers; we keep references to your Stripe customer and subscription and your billing status. Stripe processes that data under its own privacy policy.

5 Retention and deletion

You can delete your account from the account page. Deleting it ends any subscription, removes your sessions and account records, and removes your sign-in identity. Records we must keep for tax or legal reasons, and data held by Stripe under its own obligations, may remain for the period the law requires.

6 Service providers

We use Stripe for payments, an email delivery provider to send verification, reset and trial messages, and infrastructure providers to host the website, API and database. They process data only to provide those services.

7 Your choices and contact

You can uninstall the extension at any time, delete your account, or ask us what we hold about you. Write to support@zsetup.com. We version this policy by its effective date, shown above. See also the Terms of Service.
