1 The service

Zoho CRM DevTools is a Chrome extension that changes how the Zoho CRM Deluge editor looks and adds a search across the functions in your Zoho CRM organization. The website hosts these terms, pricing, and an optional account with billing.

The extension is provided to you under the Chrome Web Store terms and these terms. You need no account to use the free features.

2 Free, trial and Pro

The free features (theme packs, indent guides, Deluge syntax highlighting and Search All Functions) are available without an account and without payment.

Every new account receives a 14-day free trial, no card required of Pro. A trial is available once per account. When it ends, the account moves to Free; no payment is taken unless you set up billing yourself.

Pro is $23 per month. Its capabilities are described on the pricing page and may be added to over time. We will not move a feature that is free today behind a paid plan.

3 Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your email address, for keeping your password secure, and for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the account page; deleting it ends any subscription first.

4 Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. When you set up billing during a trial, your first charge is not taken before the trial ends.

You can cancel any time from the billing page or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep Pro until then. We do not provide partial-period refunds unless the law requires one.

5 Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to interfere with Zoho or its customers, to attempt to access another person's account, or to reverse a safeguard we have put on paid features. You remain bound by your own agreement with Zoho when you use Zoho CRM.

6 Zoho and independence

Zoho CRM DevTools is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Zoho Corporation. Zoho and Zoho CRM are trademarks of their owner. Zoho may change its pages in ways that affect the extension; we aim to follow, but cannot promise compatibility with every change.

7 No warranty and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. The extension changes presentation and does not edit your functions, but you are responsible for the code you save in Zoho. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8 Changes and contact
